Born in Austria and arriving in Australia at an early age, Werner has been painting professionally since 1970. His love for his country is imbued in his landscape paintings, Sydney Harbour scenes and figurative work. The colours of Australia combined with Werner’s crisp refreshing style are a delight for all art lovers and collectors. A recipient of many awards, Werner is represented in numerous exhibitions throughout Australia and overseas and is supportive of many charities. Werner has been awarded a Fellow of the Australian Institute of History and Art and his peers have endorsed him as a Fellow of the Royal Art Society.
