Alice Granites Napanangka was born at Mount Allan cattle station in 1958 and is the sister of renowned artist Elsie Napanangka Granites & aunty of local artist Justinna Napaljarri Sims. She paints a variation of Mina Mina, Sand Dunes, Snakevine and Pirlala (Bush Beans) dreamings. Alice has an incredible eye for detail and is extremely neat and thorough with her work. She has an excellent taste of colour and the pallets used in her dreamings are extremely pleasing to look at.
